"The Outside In Project uses art as a vehicle for discussing social responsibility and collective change. The Outside In Project is dedicated to helping communities dig deeply into conversations around how they will end the experience of homeless. Outside In uses the capacity for art processes to combine rigorous inquiry and analysis with openness, creativity and collaborative inventiveness. These processes allow people with different experiences and capacities to work together over the long-term to find innovative solutions to complex issues."
